I have this issue where we once deleted a property from an event and we now need it again.
is it possible to add it again?
seems like its just on Amplitude’s part that id doesn't register

Hey there,
Sure, you can undelete it!
If you change your mind after you've deleted an event or property, you can easily undelete it. To do so, follow these steps:
NOTE: Once the event is undeleted, it may take up to 24 hours for the event to begin ingesting again.

Found it in events as “add filter” → “status” → “deleted”.
