Our team has been using Amplitude for almost a year now on the Scholarship plan, which is set to end by mid-May 2023. However, we anticipate reaching the 20M event volume limit before the end of this month.

We have a question regarding what happens when our event volume exceeds the limit. Will our account be downgraded to the free plan immediately or will we have some time before the downgrade occurs?

Additionally, we would like to follow up on our recent request for an upgrade to either the Growth or Enterprise plan. We appreciate that your team has reached out to us before, but we have not received any response to our latest email for the last 4-5 days. Could you please let us know the status of our request?

Hi @advait thanks for the note and apologies for the delay in reply from our accounts team. The team has gone through a few changes recently but it looks like you’re in contact with the right person now.

 

In response to your first question about what happens if you go over the event volume, we’ll work with you to either start a 30 day trial of the Growth plan to decide whether you’d like to upgrade for more event volume.
