I’m facing an issue with the Device_ID of our users. Normally, the same device should retain its ID for each event it triggers, but with our users, the Device_ID changes almost every time they start a new session in our mobile app. This causes a tracking problem, especially when the user hasn’t logged in yet.
For additional context, based on previous discussions on the topic: we are indeed using the SDK, and we haven’t configured any step that would trigger a regeneration of the Device_ID.
Does anyone have any insights on how to prevent the Device_ID from regenerating across sessions?
