Hi!
It is not possible to export IDFV values of users from Amplitude. You are able to export property values or User Id or Device Id values to CSV by downloading a data point https://help.amplitude.com/hc/en-us/articles/236032527#download-users
If you want to export IDFV I recommend seeing if you can export it from Appsflyer!
