I have a funnel of “Contacted” to “Replied” leads for past 30 days, which should show me conversion rate.
Though I need exclude “contacted” events which were last 7 days and include those happened 37-30 days ago, but I want see all “replied” event during last 30 days.
I apply Offset when choosing data period (last 30 days + Offset 7 days). But I don’t see the right numbers.
Can anyone explain in details how “offset” changes my funnel?

The offset feature does work like you explained where if we look at the last 30 days, and apply an offset of X, we will look at the last 30+X - 30 days. So your understanding is correct but can you link me the chart URL? I can look into it for you and try and find an appropriate solution.
