Had deleted the event but still, I receive a " my event limit exceeded " notification on my dashboard. How can I resolve the issue?
Hey there,
thanks for writing in! :)
You can delete unneeded event types through your project's Govern page, and event and user properties through the Settings page. Once you are under the limit, it will take approximately 24 hours for the new event types, event properties, and user properties to appear in Amplitude.
So it might take some time to reflect the changes you applied (transformed/deleted/changed events or properties etc) so please give it some time to appear in your account.
Thank you for your understanding and patience!
If you still can not see any changes - could you please make sure that you are below the limit for your events and usage? We have a great article on Limits that mentioned the time for changes to reflect in your account, you can check it out here.
Hope this helps!
Yes I could see some changes in the dashboard. Sure will update the status.
Thanks for your reply.
