Hey everyone, hope you’re all doing well!

We implemented Amplitude about three months ago, and since the start, we’ve noticed some discrepancies between the data we track in our database and what we see in Amplitude, particularly in the number of unique user accesses.

The gap has reduced, but we’re still seeing differences, not only in the number of accesses but also in the total number of users.

Does anyone have ideas on what might be causing this? Or suggestions on what we should track/check to better align the data?
