In the segmentation chart, I selected order completed event, selected group by gender, and then selected stacked area. And I tried to see the % of total view, but the button is disabled, but when I hover the mouse over it, it says "% of total view is not available for unique".
It would be nice if you could explain why.

I think it’s a decision so people don’t misinterpret, because when grouping uniques, you could have a user in several groups (not likely in your case) and therefore looking at % of total wouldn’t be the same as total uniques.
Perhaps change from “uniques” to “event totals”? I think that would work for an order completed event. Just remember you’re counting orders not users.
