How far back does the User Look-up view go when filtering for events?

Forum|alt.badge.img

I’m trying to filter for some “error” events that we’ve added in, so we can find users who’ve had an error and quickly dive into their profile.

I go to the User Look-Up view and filter for the error event in mind, but nothing shows up. It’s possible this event was from a few days ago.

How far back do the search results go here when filtering by event? Does it only show the last X hours?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Hey @hermatza ,
The Real-Time Activity section of the User Lookup feature shows only the most recent 100 events from the last day sent to Amplitude (based on upload time). More on that here.

You can either try creating an event segmentation chart on your error events for Last X days and identify the users individually or create a behavioral cohort for users having the error events with the desired time period.

Hope I have interpreted your question correctly!
