We have the following error in trying to explore the JSON file obtained by the data export: "the ciphertext refers to a customer master key that does not exist, does not exist in this region, or you are not allowed to access." 

Has anyone had this problem? How do I solve it?

 Hi @lsepulveda ! Based on the error message you are receiving, it looks like you are attempting to use KMS encryption for S3 exports. If so, it is the case that we do not currently support KMS encryption and this is a feature request! Please share your Idea in https://community.amplitude.com/ideas :) Thanks!
