Hey everyone,

So I get that events are best suited to track on the user level.

In the app that we build a user is a global user that can join and be a Member of several different organizations. (think slack, workspaces)

So my question would be how would be best to build the user properties so that you can show in which workspaces a user is part of and the role they have.

I see there is concept of arrays in the docs but let’s say I’m in workspaceA with role1, workspaceB with role1 and workspaceC with role2.

Also see there is account add-on in amplitude (have not seen it yet, waiting for plan upgrade) and wonder how this could be useful, for example, to easily make aggregate reports based on workspaces (regardless how many users are there)

Would appreciate feedback/advice from someone that have tackled those problems before.

Best,

JD
