Over the last few weeks, we have seen a surge in new users for our product in Amplitude. These users are not having any attributes which is making difficult to understand who these people are.

We tried to corraborate these new user data with another customer success tool, but that shows different data.

This has been happening since we moved to the updated Starter plan. 

Have any of you facing the same issue? What’s the solution for this?

Are those new users that you are seeing in Amplitude having “null” user_ids or valid user ids?


Hi @Saish Redkar most new users (95%) have null user-ids. any help?
