I updated my company’s domain address and I’m trying to migrate my Amplitude Analytics account from the old domain name to the new one. 

Unfortunately, I’m not able to modify my email address in the Profile Information section. 

How can I change my email address of Amplitude Analytics?

At this time, user email address cannot be changed because it is a unique identifier for Amplitude user accounts. To work around this, you can follow these steps:

 

  1. Invite your new email address to your Amplitude organization.
  2. Create your new Amplitude account with your new email address.
  3. Log in with your existing email address and transfer ownership of all content to your new email address.
  4. Remove your old email address from your Amplitude org.
