Hi All,
I can’t find some channels in my reports (all web).
I’m using the same UTM structure in all the marketing channels,
but for some reason, I can see only part of these channels in the reports.
Any idea why? Or how to fix it?

In order to test that your UTM parameters are set up correctly, make sure you are accessing your website via a link that contains UTM parameters. We track the 5 standard UTM parameters;

If there are no UTM parameters to grab from the URL or nothing in the browser cookie (e.g. the user is in private browsing mode), then there will be no UTM parameters attached because we will disregard null values and act as if the properties don't exist. I'd suggest testing this yourself by accessing your website via a URL with UTM parameters attached. So, if a user doesn't have any UTM parameters stored in their cookie or there are no UTM parameters to parse from the URL, then nothing will show up in Amplitude.

To analyze this in Amplitude, use a "group by" in a Funnels chart or Event Segmentation chart. Here's an example of "referral_source" in Event Segmentation:

Im using UTMs on every link i use.
But for some reason Amplitude only shows me some of the sources for example :/


for example, I can see traffic from utm_source=facebook
but i can’t see traffic from utm_source=criteo

Any idea why?

We do have a ticket for this but are currently dealing with high ticket volumes. However, I have spoken about this with Jeremie and I aim to have someone take the ticket today. Thank you!
