Hello. I have a strange situation where event sent from Web SDK does not appear in dashboard. Any other event works, just not this specific one.

In the “Govern tab” this event type is set to Active and not Advanced block filters are present.

This is how my chrome ampltitude extension looks like, the event is selected.

But the problem is the dashboard doesn’t receive it for some reason.

Also it worked yesterday according to logs.

Hey @Dmitrijs
If that event is marked active and also not under the blocked list, can you check if the event is approved in the schema and also the visibility is not set to hidden for the Dropdowns option?

Hi @Dmitrijs ,

I agree w/ @Saish Redkar here, have you checked it is schema approved? Is it planned in the schema? Do you have any ad blockers or VPN? It should appear if it is coming through in the Event Explorer. Did it come through in the end? If it still did not, can you please send me the email you use for your org, the Org ID and the Project ID? I can then investigate this for you and turn it into a ticket if needs be.

Thank you!
