We are in the middle of integrating clevertap into our amplitude account under a different project.
The question is: Does the amplitude monthly event count cap also account for the events which flow in from CT
so this will impact our monthly event count as well, right?
Also, is there somewhere where I can actively track my usage of events?

From what I know, events ingested and processed from any source/integration into Amplitude will be counted towards the monthly limit. Here’s more on the limits.
As an admin, I usually go to Settings → General to view the overall and monthly event volume in my org:
https://analytics.amplitude.com/<your-org-name>/settings/plan-admin
For monthly project by project event volume, you can go here :
https://analytics.amplitude.com/<your-org-name>/settings/projects/volumes
