Dear all,

 

It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could help/ guide me on the following issue please?

I am an admin user, when i go to ‘Setting’ → ‘Projects’ in order to get the project information e.g. api key. There’s an error message shown here ‘Sorry about that! Something went wrong. If the problem persists, please contact our support team.’

Is this issue related to the free plan? or how could i fix this issue?
