Question

Pulling in export data that includes zeros

I’m trying to create a chart for exports that would include all customers, those who have exported AND those who have not. The goal here is to see a detailed chart of our monthly exports across the customer base, and to be able to see which accounts may need some attention at the same time. I tried a few different logics, but can’t find a way to bring in those non-events.

Hi @Becca_Slate

Here’s a basic demo chart showing comparison between users who performed event A vs who didn’t perform event A . Is this what you were looking for?

Let me know if I have interpreted your question correctly.

Hi Saish,

Thank you for the response! It’s not quiet what we’re after - we essentially want a full account list in a table with the exports they’ve had for a certain time frame, including those who haven’t exported at all. Does that make sense?

@Becca_Slate Maybe this view would help - https://app.amplitude.com/analytics/demo/chart/new/8k2cp0nw. Try replacing the country property to your customer name. If some customers don’t fall under either of the segment clauses, then most likely you should see a “-” in that table column.

Hey @Saish Redkar ,

Really appreciate the quick reply. The > < logic is what I’ve tried since the jump, but it will not pull zeros for us. https://app.amplitude.com/analytics/share/0c0945fe76fd4301aca1496b2c09f46e
