My colleague and I have been trying to recreate our entire upload funnel for sellers on our website. With this we would like to be able to see more specifically at which points in the flow our users usually drop-off.
In doing so we encountered multiple events that are optional, and we also found the option to make events optional in the funnel. It also really helps that you can group multiple events inline, so that a multi-step process within the flow can become optional.
The upload process can however not be completely recreated because we are only able to make one event optional. Why is that exactly? We would like to be able to recreate every step using our Events “in exact order”.
How would you advice us to go about in our situation? How can we map out our entire funnel in the most exact way?
