We are a startup with a mobile website (a react app) and we have observed that the website fails to load for a sizeable chunk (not all) of our users whenever we enable amplitude. On disabling amplitude we see the issue gets resolved. Will appreciate any community inputs/help on the same :)
Hi Anmol, it’s hard to answer this question without more information. Most likely some way you’re initializing or calling the Amplitude SDK is causing an error to be thrown. I’d recommend using a client-side error tracking tool like https://sentry.io/ to help figure out what’s going on. Once you have a stack trace, we might be able to be more helpful!
Amplitude apis are failing with just this message(screenshot attached). The issue is Amplitude apis are always failing for these certain (sizeable chunk) users and crashing the app, while they are working for other users.
