Import Cohort Limits

Hi, I’m trying to import a very large cohort into Amplitude. I’ve done it before, so I think I’m doing it correctly. However, this time my file is way bigger (190MB) and I’m pretty sure it’s just too large for Amplitude’s importing limits. But I haven’t seen any documentation on how big the limit actually is. 

Is there something wrong with my file perhaps? Or is there really an upper limit on how many users I can import into a cohort? If there is a limit, it would be nice to know so I can maybe break my import into chunks and go about it that way.

Thanks for reaching out, happy to help!

When updating cohorts via CSV upload, the file size needs to be under 50MB.

For updating via API, I know that the export size for cohorts is limited to 1 million users.
