Some amplitude charts (e..g Engagement Matrix) have automatic groupings of events like
- Top Global Events
- Top Events for Segment
- Bottom Global Events
The problem with this is there is no way to filter out “inactive” events. We have many of these that that are commonly fired, but then make it into these reports diluting the value of the report. Sure, I can unselect it from the table which will hide it from the chart, but it still consumes one of the top/bottom 50 slots.
What needs to be supported is choices for Active vs Inactive. Even better, it should just add event filters, so we can make a list of events to filter out by wildcard.
