My teammates and I are having difficulties viewing the “Data” tab in amplitude. All other pages function just fine to my knowledge.

I ran through the steps in this post to try and fix the issue to no avail:
https://community.amplitude.com/data%2Dinstrumentation%2D57/amplitude%2Dnot%2Dworking%2Dfor%2Dmultiple%2Ddays%2Dhow%2Dto%2Dsolve%2Dit%2D830

I have tried in both chrome Version 114.0.5735.198 (Official Build) (64-bit) incognito and Firefox 115.0.1 (64-bit) in a private window. I’m running on the following OS:

osInfo.arch
x64
osInfo.codename
Jammy Jellyfish
osInfo.distro
Ubuntu
osInfo.kernel
5.19.0-46-generic
osInfo.platform
linux
osInfo.release
22.04.2 LTS

We are currently signed up for the free tier of amplitude, I’m not sure if the data view has been disabled for that tier recently or something.

If I open up the browser console, I see a bunch of 429 errors and associated warnings saying I’m being rate-limited when I try to access the data tab, in addition to some regex malformed errors (which I assume are okay?)

One additional detail that might be of help is that this issue was first seen on the day when Amplitude reported outages for various services (about a week ago now?)

I can give further details as needed! Thank you in advance!
