I was wondering if there is a way to create a pathway which ends with the last time the user did any event?
I’d like to track back to see if there are any trends for users who stop using our product. Is there a way to produce a pathway which ends with the last action a user ever does (ideally without cohorts)?
That might be a bit tricky to achieve in the mentioned manner. Unless you instrument that event in such a manner that you can identify that it’s the last one.
I usually try to identify such trends by creating the drop off cohort via the unbounded retention chart and then using the pathfinder’s ending with clause.
