Recently, higher-than-expected usage meant some reports didn't update weekly as intended. We've improved the experience so reports update more reliably going forward and we have implemented additional monitoring.

Hey @MCZEIL, I just checked your account (org ID 391350) and it says it was last updated January 12th. Can you share a screenshot if you're seeing something else?

I am setting user property wallet address, and using the same variable to set user ID. However, while walletAddress works (0xA66...54), User ID seemingly converts the hex to a big number (1.2905460614871781E+48) which is preventing us from using filtering and views. Any ideas?
