Hi community, I was exploring the journeys chart to find potential friction points in key user flows in our app. For the most part, pathfinder was enough, and I started feeling the journey map visualization was redundant. Having said that, maybe my current question doesn’t need journey map AND I don’t understand when and…
I'm creating a Journey chart and I cannot check what are the URLs using the Amplitude default events
I was wondering if there is a way to create a pathway which ends with the last time the user did any event? I’d like to track back to see if there are any trends for users who stop using our product. Is there a way to produce a pathway which ends with the last action a user ever does (ideally without cohorts)?
The best way to describe exactly what I am looking for is to explain with an example. Inside the app, we have events called 'Onboarding opened.' In this event, we have different Type properties that describe each specific step of the onboarding process. I would like to put this information in the Pathfinder view to…
I have made a cohort of all anonymous users in Amplitude and am attempting to see the most common path they take in the product via pathfinder. In total, the cohort contains about 11,000 users. When I attempt to set up a pathfinder starting with ‘start session’, I can only see 687 users as part of step 1. What am I missing…
Hi guys, i might have a dumb question but my management wants me to make it easier for them to navigate around Pathfinder report, right now when they choose and download csv they need to open in a new tab Users look up and then to search by Amplitude ID or by CRM ID, and that is way too much for them so is it possible to…
Hey, I recently upgraded to a paid account and am trying to do some analysis with the Pathfinder report to understand various custom journeys on our website. I had to reconfigure our Segment in order for it to properly track session IDs in Amplitude which is now done. The source that collects our ecommerce events from…
Hi! Can i group viewed page events in Pathfinder? I have similar urls for each costumer’s main page (like /home/<user_id>) and in Pathfinder I would like to group all /home/ for one event so that i don’t have as many ramifications as users in Pathfinder.
I have set a Pathfinder chart as follows: * Paths within sessions ending with * Event name = X * where event label = y * Set it to 5 steps I’m expecting to see the different paths which lead to the ‘X’ event with the label ‘y’ and therefore was expecting to see this event only be in the final step. However, I see this…
Hi! Does anyone know if you can stop all of the Viewed tracks from grouping in Pathfinder? I want to see paths with specific page urls. I know you can do this in the Funnels, but it seems like you can’t in Pathfinder. The information I see currently in Pathfinder does nothing for me because I mostly track page views.
