We have a medical educational platform that has events from both learners and edcuators, with the latter being a much smaller population. We're interested in really digging into how the educators are using the platform, and wanted to explore their session replays. Because they are such a smaller segment, they are less…
Hi everyone 👋 We are experiencing an issue with Numerous different IDs for the same users in Amplitude. In our workspace, we see that: The same user appears with multiple IDs, causing duplicated profiles. In many cases, Amplitude does not seem to detect the logged-in user emails properly. This leads to duplication problems…
Hi, I have been in Product Management for a while, and I'm trying to enhance my skills by learning how to implement Product Analytics to make data-informed decisions. Currently, I'm between jobs and don't have access to the company resources to experiment with Amplitude. Is there a way I can learn Amplitude and try all the…
Hi Team, Just wanted to double check - the time clause ‘during X date range’ after the ‘Then’ clause in cohorts is related to our starting event and not the event mentioned after then clause. Like in this case : During 1 Jan to 28 Feb will apply to open-editor and not ‘access-app-complete’ Tia!

It would be useful to be able to isolate and analyse the behaviour of returning users as opposed to new users, for example to be able to see: * how well we’re engaging existing users by showing the number of active users in a given time period that created their account in a previous time period, and being able to track…
Today, exporting a cohort includes every recent user property. This is great in theory, however when exporting a list of more than 100k, the export takes a long time to generate, and then even longer to pull up in Excel/Numbers. Can you allow for simple column selection for the export cohort tool?
