We have a medical educational platform that has events from both learners and edcuators, with the latter being a much smaller population. We're interested in really digging into how the educators are using the platform, and wanted to explore their session replays.
Because they are such a smaller segment, they are less likely to have replays attached and we wanted to ask if there was some way to "force" all their sessions to be captured.
