Hi guys,

I have a quick question regarding the behavioral cohort feature. I’ve noticed that most of my cohorts are not updating dynamically as expected. Instead, I have to re-save them for the data to recompute.

I'm certain that if I make a minor change and save it, the updated users will appear. I also have a cohort with a simple rule (e.g., users with an "email" property), but I’m experiencing the same issue—it's not updating dynamically unless I manually re-save it.

Could you help me understand what might be causing this issue?

Hey ​@Adrian Bahtiar, when you say they’re not updating dynamically, where are you looking for these updates? Are you building a chart off the cohort but need to refresh the cohort in order for the chart data to appear?

I'm pretty new to the platform. 

I was looking the data in Cohort list. And the total members are not up-to-date unless I resave or click the recompute

 

Is this expected?
