Problems with integration AppsFlyer and Amplitude

I ask for help with integrations between Amplitude and AppsFlyer. 

Description of the problem below: 

we connected Amplitude with Appsflyer, but we don't see many properties. Examples on this screenshot - 

We need properties like platform, country, OS and others but only some events have these properties. And we can not find the reason. 

This is a screenshot from User activity - As you can see values of some of the properties are empty.

Hello @abbi thank you for reaching out!

I had a look into the account and noticed that events are being ingested via the HTTP API V2. This would mean that customers are in charge of sending in all user/event properties on their end.
