How to delete a chart in amplitude?

Hey Bill
Currently there isn’t a direct way to delete a chart in Amplitude.

The workflow will be to archive the chart first and then delete it.

To do this ,

you will first have to navigate to the “More” Tab over the chart -

Archive the chart
Once you Archive it, you will get the following pop up message
Once the chart is archived, the delete option will be enabled for the chart

Hit Delete and once you say yes to the deletion modal message, the chart will be deleted.

P.S. You can only perform the above workflow on a saved chart.

If you are trying to delete a chart draft ( unsaved chart ) you can directly do it from

My Workspace → Chart Drafts

There isn’t a dedicated area in the Workspace for archived charts yet ( could be a potential feature request ).

But you can filter and search your archived objects in the Search Bar.
