New Analytics releases
Advanced chart options for deeper insights
Get clearer insights into what drives customer behavior. Amplitude Analytics gives you self-serve access to helpful information across the customer journey.
Create Charts from User Lookup
Chart users, rejoice! Our latest Analytics feature allows you to create a funnel or segmentation chart using events from the timeline in User Lookup.
This tool showcases real usage patterns so you can identify macro trends, uncover bugs, or pinpoint UX improvement opportunities in your product.
Access this feature by navigating to Event stream > All events > and selecting a funnel or segmentation chart from bottom-most dropdown menu.
New Data releases
Maximize your output with new AI, integrations
Get trusted data to power insight about your product. Amplitude Data helps you proactively manage and govern your data.
New partner integrations available oBeta]
Another month, another batch of partner-led integrations! The seven new releases were built through the Integration Portal in Q2 of this year and bring our 2023 total to a whopping 22 integrations!
We hope the latest batch offers even greater extensibility and flexibility for our CDP users, and continues to bring all the tools you know and love, together.
New integrations include:
- Event Ingestion for Blitzllama
- Event Streaming for Appfit, Bento, Movable Ink, Mailchimp, Hubspot and Moloco
- Cohort Syncing for Bento, Blitzllama, and Zeda.io
CDP users can view all integrations in the Amplitude development center.
New Cohort syncing for PubSub and Kinesis uBeta]
CDP users now have the ability to sync cohorts to PubSub and Kinesis. This provides even more flexibility and customization options for businesses that want to use cohort data in their own unique way if Amplitude does not have a direct connection.
Learn more about sending cohorts to Google Pub/Sub.
Send more Amplitude Data to Google Analytics 4
This month, we made significant enhancements to our Google Analytics 4 (Web) Event streaming and Google Analytics 4 (iOS/Android) Event streaming integration.
The updates include additional preprocessing for events and properties so you can forward even more Amplitude data to GA4. We’ve also improved delivery metrics and the debugger so users can independently resolve their configuration issues at lightning speed.
CDP users can access the integration in the streaming destination library.

Save time with suggested derivative properties
Creating derived properties can be a daunting task, especially if you're not familiar with all the functions that exist. With our latest release, users can now harness the power of AI to automatically generate a suggested derived property based on description alone. This feature not only saves you time, but also unlocks the full power of derived properties in Amplitude.
Enterprise users and customers with the Govern Add-on can access this feature in the derived property creation and edit modal.

Enjoy default Event Tracking for Mobile SDKs
We’re excited to introduce Default Event Tracking to the new Android SDK and our old iOS SDK, including additional events to close the gap with GA events. The SDKs can now be configured to track the following events automatically:
- Sessions
- App lifecycles
- Screen views
- Deep links

New Experiment releases
Stay on top of testing with notifications, templates, tags
Drive faster action from crystal clear test results. Amplitude Experiment helps you test, analyze, and optimize your product experiences at scale.
Stay on top of experiments with real-time Slack notifications
The experiment notifications you know and love from your email are now available right where you work – in Slack. Experiment users now have another way to stay on top of their testing programs, and will be instantly notified if their experiment ends, has a sample-ratio mismatch, is taking too long, or reaches statistical significance.
Experiment users can opt into Slack notifications directly in Slack.
Experiment templates are now generally available
With Experiment templates now in GA, Amplitude users can run tests faster and more consistently – without having to build each experiment from scratch.
Your new templates standardize everything from targeting, to evaluation, experiment type, bucketing unit, and more, helping ensure that even the least experienced team member can set up and run experiments at scale.
Access this feature when you create a new Experiment in Amplitude.
Organize your experiments using Tags
Development teams know how hard it is to scale an experimentation program without the proper management tools. With Experiment Tags, users can now tag both experiments and feature flags, making it easy to identify groups of features. This update also allows you to sort and filter experiments, keeping your program organized and accessible.
Access tags directly from the Plan tab when you design your experiments and feature flags.
