How to exclude users from charts by email? It doesn't work correctly

Hi everyone! Could you please help me with a problem related to excluding certain user emails from reports?

As you can see in the screenshot, the email is in the filter (set to 'not equal'), but the screenshot also shows that this email is still appearing in the report. What could be causing this?
