To clarify, are you trying to establish SSO using Okta which is available for or customers on Scholarship, Growth, or Enterprise plans? https://help.amplitude.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002583131
Or are you referring to the SCIM provisioning that works in tandem with permission groups and Enterprise-level project-level permissions, and is only available for customers on an Enterprise plan? https://help.amplitude.com/hc/en-us/articles/360058399851
