Imagine being able to see all the events in a sequential timeline that relate to a particular object/group. Currently it only seems to be possible to filter the user lookup view by event name. It would be very useful to be able to filter by a particular event property value, user property value, or group property value.
Is there any way of grouping OSes my their major version? I have a lot of different versions of OSes which are recorded for the events from our app like ios 14.4, ios 14.2, ios 14.3, ios 14.4.2, ios 13.7, ios 13.6.1, ios 13.5.1 etc. Is there any way of making a chart with grouping them by their major version number like…
Hi everyone I use GTM as the tool to setup the init and identification tags I’ve successfully identified the group “Corp ID” but unable to track group properties even if I set through this tag: I asked the AI bot in the help center and it said “Currently, the Amplitude GTM (Google Tag Manager) template does not support the…
Hey everyone, So I get that events are best suited to track on the user level. In the app that we build a user is a global user that can join and be a Member of several different organizations. (think slack, workspaces) So my question would be how would be best to build the user properties so that you can show in which…
Hi, I want to create a dashboard on the behavior of specific groups I track with the Accounts Addon. This dashboard should be embedded/linked from another page. So what I would love to do is create a URL/link to the dashboard and add a parameter with the name of the respective group to the URL and have the dashboard filter…
Hi! I want to remove a user (user_456) that I have in a group “organization_123” with type “Organization” but I can make it work via the API (Keep getting “missing event” 400 error). Can someone advice how it should be done? Endpoint: https://api2.amplitude.com/groupidentify Headers: * Authorization: Basic XXXXXXX *…
In individual user reporting, you are able to see the events that the user has taken through a stream when inspecting. In group level reporting, I would like to know the users that performed Event 1 and Event 2 in a Funnel analysis. However, when inspecting the funnel, I am only able to view the group that was relevant…
We’re a SaaS company and we have a Group Property (Account) for number of todos added by all the users within the Group (Account), eg: * Account A Todos: 100 * Account B Todos: 120 * Account C Todos: 90 How can I create a chart displaying the total number of todos for all accounts, eg 210? IE a sum of the values. Cheers,…
Hello, we’re trying to get a consistent and easy to use view of device types, but not at the level that Amplitude uses in it’s event. Ideally we would like to see a breakdown of Desktop (Device type = Mac or Windows) vs Mobile (all others). I tried to do this via Property Groups, however I noticed that Device Type and…
Hey! We are using Accounts add-on and started sending several events, but I am struggling to visualize these in Amplitude. Here is a summary of our set-up: * We track users events, users are part of a group called “Customer” * For the $identify event we send the following properties: * groups: {Customer: "e11cffc6"} *…
