Can't see browser data of my users

Hi Amplitude community,

I’m trying to better understand what browsers our customers are using but when I dig into data in Amplitude, I only see the OS they use and very rarely the name of the browser but still without the exact browser version number. Does anyone else have had the same issue? How did you fix it?

Simple answer ist ….Amplitude can track browser type/ version. BUT, not out of the box….customers have to implement it manually. For me this is something that should be readily available out-of-the-box and managed by Amplitude, I’ve added a suggestion to the Ideas board, feel free to upvote it!
