How to know the last page user visit before they visit a certain page view if there's no ?ref added to the page view URL?
Hi stellac229
This is Yuanyuan from the Amplitude Support team - thank you for writing this post!
If you are using our JS SDK, you can track the referrer easily with this instruction: https://developers.amplitude.com/docs/javascript#track-referrers.
If your project data currently do not have any referrer information and you want to see the previous page before a certain page view, then it depends on your data structure. Do you have one page view event and different URLs as properties values? If yes, you can build a funnel analysis with “exact order”, use the page view event as step 1 and a certain page view as step 2, and then break down by step 1 with the property that contains URLs.
Does this help?
Best,

Any help will be appreciated.
How do I transfer data from one amplitude account to another? It seems all the community chats about this have completely broken links. Easy to export, no way to import, very frustrating. :(

Hello, I'm using SpringBoot and Kotlin to integrate with the Amplitude Export API. The official Amplitude documentation (https://amplitude.com/docs/apis/analytics/export) states that "data is available to export at a minimum within 2 hours of when the servers received it." However, there's no clear information about the…
