Issue with "Time Spent" session length analysis

Turns out the issue had to do with setting certain events (which made up the bulk of these sessions) as inactive, which changes how session lengths are calculated

Hey everyone,

 

Having an issue with a Time Spent analysis, where the session lengths don’t seem to be calculated properly in the graph. For example, I have this session from March 28th that should have lasted ~5 hours with Session ID = 1648497402637.

 

Session length should be ~5 hours

 

When I run the User Sessions analysis, filter for this user and look up the same session ID, I get the “answer” that this session was 4 minutes long.

 

same session, total time spent = 4min

Has anyone else run into this before/have any idea what is happening?
