Not sure what you did but i think it's worse now. the visibility over time line graph is not even populating now. And the report still says Data last updated on Nov 17 even though the time range i've selected is till 10th Dec
@serviceagent can you share your Amplitude org ID and we'll inspect the report directly?

any update on this? how much time is this going to take? If Amplitude won't be able to deliver us meaningful data and reports, I'll need to decide which other vendor to go with for 2026 before Jan arrives.
Hi @serviceagent, thanks for your patience as we look into this! We're actively investigating these issues and working on a fix and will have a more detailed update early next week.
I did also want to note that these issues are isolated to AI Visibility and should not be impacting other reports.
I just checked the report again today and it says Data last updated on Dec 18 Today is 22nd December for me. It's still not close to real time or updated previous day even. Also, i just realised that the citations are not showing up accurately either. It's says our brand is cited in the ai responses but when you go to check the citation links, there's no brand mention or link cited in the response Accuracy of your AI visibility reports seem extremely off
