  • Trying to send a few events from Amplitude to CIO

  • Would have expected to see these events in the CIO Activity log but not seeing any (though bottom screenshot confirms that test events are being sent from Amplitude → CIO)
    •  

  • Can confirm that Amplitude is receiving the events because I see them in the console

 

This is what I see when I click on the Debugger tab. “Internal error” - already submitted a ticket with platform support.

Hi @christine154 , thanks for reaching out! I ended up contacting my CSM and working with @Brandon Khoo  (Head of PM at Amplitude) to make an engineering hotfix. Our IDs have “/” in them and, at the time, the Amplitude APIs weren’t handling special characters. Let me know and I can try and help! Good luck!
