I added it thinking we’ll implement it, but plans changed. Now I want to remove it, but when I try to “modify plan” the Accounts Add On is defaulted to checkboxed, and I cannot uncheck it.

Anybody knows how to remove it so I dont keep getting charged for it every month?

Connecting with support or your CSM might be the best bet since you are trying to cancel something that you are paying for.

Based on what plan you are on, option for self service cancellation might not always work.
