I added it thinking we’ll implement it, but plans changed. Now I want to remove it, but when I try to “modify plan” the Accounts Add On is defaulted to checkboxed, and I cannot uncheck it. Anybody knows how to remove it so I dont keep getting charged for it every month?

Apologies if this isn’t the correct sub-forum to post in—it was the closest I could find! I can’t quite figure this out from the terms or documentation, but is it possible to go onto a Plus plan for a given period of time, such as when we anticipate a large volume of MTUs, and then fall back to Starter again?
In Users & Sessions > User Look-up > Search Users, if I use advanced search to find a user by email, I find 2 or more (up to 16) Amplitude IDs mapped to the same email. It’s one person, and I assume this is due to use on separate devices (although 16 does seem odd, it’s just one person). I assume Amplitude is counting…
