Users not tracked in Users & Sessions

Hey everyone!

We recently started using Amplitude (on the Free Starter plan) for our company however I’ve already hit a bit of a snag. Some of our users, including myself, are no longer being tracked “Users & Sessions”, hence I can’t QA the journey against the events I’d like to track in my plan.

The weird part is, we used to see tracking data for these users up until a couple of weeks ago, but now it’s as if they’ve vanished from any browser they use. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any ideas on what might be causing it and how to fix it?
