We have an integration with Intercom as the source but are unable to remove it as a source. The issue is that there are unmapped/unidentified users that get added into Amplitude and it is eating up our MTU count.!-->
The detail page for Sources/Intercom only shows the General tab and and info icon, but there is no delete icon like there is for other sources.
Would appreciate any help to help us remove it as a source.

This is related to the following issue and I’m surprised that this is occurring even now.
TLDR: from the above post’s resolution -
If have you already ingested data from these sources, then apparently this source cannot be removed from a project . The reason you cannot delete sources is that once a source has been used to ingest data to a project, that source makes up some of the data in the project and thus will always count as a source for the project.
Don’t think this is an ideal experience afaik.
