Our team has been using Amplitude for almost a year now on the Scholarship plan, which is set to end by mid-May 2023. However, we anticipate reaching the 20M event volume limit before the end of this month.
We have a question regarding what happens when our event volume exceeds the limit. Will our account be downgraded to the free plan immediately or will we have some time before the downgrade occurs?
Additionally, we would like to follow up on our recent request for an upgrade to either the Growth or Enterprise plan. We appreciate that your team has reached out to us before, but we have not received any response to our latest email for the last 4-5 days. Could you please let us know the status of our request?
