Ive been trying to create a chart with “most active” pages for a specific cms. for exmple top 10 viewed pages where the page name contains “company page”. but i cant figure out a way to do this.

“top global events” cant be filtered by name.

“any event” gives me a total and i cant see which pages are doing better.

I’m new to amplitude, so there might be an obvious solution that im missing

Hey @Zeina
Are you just capturing page views or do you have click events as well in your instrumentation?

If you have a generic Page Viewed event with identifies pages with page path/url as an event property, then the chart definition could be something like this - Page Viewed event grouped by page path/url property Name on the “company page” filter will work. You can switch to the Bar Chart View and sort it from Highest to Lowest Value to get the desired result.

If you can share your event schema description briefly, that might help formulate the chart slightly better.

Hi @Zeina - @Saish Redkar’s recommendation is spot on! To piggyback off of his suggestion and add some color, here’s an example chart in our Demo environment --

  • Page Viewed event represented by Play Song or Video
  • page path/url event property represented by Genre_Type
  • “company page” filter represented by United States
