Hello how are you ? I have a task at the organization level to change the mail of the users. Basically what we need is to change the domain of the users from domain Naranjax.com to domain Naranja.com. I've looked up the API documentation and haven't seen anything about it. Could you help me? Thanks in advance!

example: user-name@naranjax.com => user-name@naranja.com

At this time, user email address cannot be changed because it is a unique identifier for Amplitude user accounts. To work around this, you can follow these steps:

  1. Invite your users’ new email addresses to your Amplitude organization.
  2. Ask your users to login to their new Amplitude account with their new email address.
  3. Bulk transfer ownership content from the old email address to the new email address. https://help.amplitude.com/hc/en-us/articles/360058531591#transfer-ownership-of-content-from-one-user-to-another
  4. Remove your old email address from your Amplitude org.
