I’m seeing the following issues with the Shopify Amplitude app:

  • Blank screen in Shopify admin (console shows and App Bridge error)
  • Multiple users created in Amplitude with duplicate events
  • Only some event types are being fired (checkout events work, pageviews don’t)

Hi @timothy-permutable I’m closing the loop here. The team tried to reproduce the issues you mentioned, but did not see the add to cart event or checkout event in the event explorer. They also don't see duplicated users and events. Keep us posted as you work out the duplicate user and events issues you’ve identified and let us know how we can help!
