Account Creation and Org Issue (technical issues per sales team)

Hello all!

I recently decided to go with Amplitude and will be syncing it with Kochava. However I am running into 2 issues that put me at a dead end.
       1. When i go to log in, it wants me to log into the Org and provide the org URL. However I have tried             everything that it could be and nothing works. I don’t believe I even registered an org yet. 

  1. When I go to sign up (thinking maybe that is the problem), it says my email is already in use and an account cannot be created. I reached out to the sales team for support and in Salesforce they don’t see an account associated with my email.

Hi Ryan,

 

I replied on Friday to the email we have on file for you! Could you check your spam folder and make sure your email provider is not blocking any Amplitude emails and get back to me?
