Ah yes! Navigate to your org settings → then projects → then select the project you have the custom monitor setup in → then click on webhooks from that project settings

Hi Nadav Mills following back up here, as we released a faster, more efficient way to setup chart/dashboard alerts in slack.
If you navigate to the chart alert directly from the chart, you can authenticate your slack workspace connection from there, and select a channel to post the alert to.
